During week 24 we will receive two new fitness machines for legs as well as two new Wave cardio-fitness machines.
In May our Wellness Key System, which has already been installed, will be upgraded. The system enables you to monitor your exercise and improvements in a clear and orderly fashion.
You can now buy swimming suits, swimming trunks and non-slip flip flops in Health Club at an advantageous price.
Our new head of fitness, Glen Christiansen, now offers group swimming lessons each Tuesday. Come by and get a few tips by a former Olympic swimmer.
We would like to welcome Evadny Dahl and Lene Remmen, who started working here April 1.
We now give mothers with small children a chance to exercise. Bring your baby – we begin on Tuesday May 20.
Due to reasons of hygiene and safety we encourage all our members to use shoes during training.
To avoid collisions and crowding when several people are swimming at the same time, we will from now on use swimming lane dividers in the pool during busy periods.
Remember that we from Monday to Friday offer a delicious dinner for 125,- DKK – also as take away.

On Friday June 13 we will again bid you welcome to the popular barbecue nights. If the weather is bad, we will in stead serve the Today’s Dinner.
