Confirmation and Pre-payment


If you decide to make a reservation in Charlottehaven we will send you a written confirmation which has to be signed and faxed back to Charlottehaven before the expiration date written in the conformation letter.  

In the conformation letter you will find the due date for paying your parties deposit. If your party is less than 12 people your will pay the full amount at dinner when you arrive.

If your party is 13 or larger you will have to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount prior to your arrival.
If you or your company do not pay by the due date, we will consider the reservation cancelled.

Rules of Cancellation for Banquets and Events

According to cancellation rules of Horesta the following apply:
By cancellation of a party of more than 12 persons more than 4 weeks before the date of arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
By cancellation of a party of less than 12 persons more than 2 weeks before the date of arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
By cancellation of more than 10 % of the confirmed number of persons until 6 days before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 50 % will be charged.
By cancellation of more than 10 % of the confirmed number of persons less than 6 days before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 75 % will be charged.
However services which cannot be cancelled will be charged at a full price.
No show will be charged at a full price.
Only a written cancellation of the order is valid.
The cancellation fee will be voided only to the extent by which the ordered capacity is resold to another buyer.
