Charlottehaven is the perfect venue for hosting meetings, conferences and banquets in the elegant and spacious facilities available.
Our facilities can accommodate from 10 to 500 people. Our dedicated and professional staff members are on-hand to work in close cooperation with you to create the perfect environment for your business or pleasure needs.
Vinterhaven can work as one big hall or be divided into two equally large rooms, "Vinterhaven 1" and "Vinterhaven 2". When they are used as separate rooms, the walls are soundproof. It is possible to hang banners and decorate each room. From "Vinterhaven 2" you can access the beautiful garden.
Sommerhaven is placed next to "Vinterhaven 2", only separated with a glass door. It can work separately or as a part of "Vinterhaven 2". From "Sommerhaven" you have direct access to the garden. The room can also be used together with Café Charlottehaven.
Forårs- & efterårssuiten
Two smaller meeting rooms (max. 8 pers.) The rooms can be used separately or as extra rooms for bigger events in the "Vinterhaven" or "Sommerhaven".

All prices include VAT. The price includes 1 setup and standard presentation equipment: LCD-projector, screen, overhead-projector, flip-over and audio incl. 1 clip and 1 hand-held microphone.
