Aqua training takes place in our pool where the temperature is a pleasant 27 degrees Celsius. The class exercises the body from top to toe with a mixture of strength and cardio training. The water releives the pressure on the joints.
Functional strength training using hand weights, training rubber bands, training balls etc. We work with all the big muscle groups.
The Nia techn Combination of classic dance and fitness. Focus on learning the right dance steps for English waltz, cha cha cha etc.
A dance class with elements of different dance arts and aerobic moves. 15-20 minutes of strength training for stomach, back and hips - get loose!
Body Mind Training
Body Mind training loosens up for tensions in your body and prevents stress and lack of energy. The training consists of simple and dynamic exercises for the whole body and involves both muscles and joints.
Ball & Bosu Training
The training is fun, challenging and effective. The focus is on balance, strength, coordination and endurance from top to toe.
Outdoor running in the season. It's required that you are able to run 8 km/hour for 30 min. We meet infront of the main entrance.
D’stress Yoga is a relaxing type of yoga. We work with breathing, awareness of the entire body and a range of exercises in order to let go of stress.
Hatha Yoga 1 & 2
This class focuses on flexibility, stretch and balance with pauses between the exercises. Hatha Yoga 1 is for beginners and Hatha Yoga 2 is for the advanced practitioner.
Movement & Stretch
The instructor guides, motivates and inspires you using different styles of music for you to get the maximum from your training. The pulse is used as an indication of intensity shown on a big screen.
Cardio training with teaching and coaching on two levels. Swim 1 is a class with 4 participants, Swim 2 (advanced class) is an advanced class with 6 participants.

Physiotherapeutic concept developed especially for members of Charlottehaven Health Club. Focus is on efficient warm-up, strength, stability, posture and cardio training.
Strength and cardio training with high intensity and coordination of many muscles are involved in the exercises.
Cardio cycling training including small pauses during the class. The instructor uses different types of music to motivate the participants.
The 5 Tibetans
A dance class to the sound of Latin rhythms.
Dynamic yoga based on the sun salutation pose, from which we develop sequences. Your pulse will rise and you will get a good work-out while giving your mind a break. The class ends with a relaxation session.
High intensity training. We use punching bags and other equipment.
Step / Tighten up
Cardio and coordination class which includes short series of choreography. Strenght training especially for stomach, bag and hips.
