Aqua training
Aqua training takes place in our pool where the temperature is a pleasant 27 degrees Celsius. The class starts with a thorough warm-up followed up by cardiovascular and strength training using various types of aqua training equipment. This class works the whole body from top to toe and it’s a guarantee to get your heart rate up.

Astanga Yoga
Astanga Yoga is the most physical form of yoga which develops strength together with flexibility. Astanga yoga is a series of positions that are combined with breathing and focus points. This training form gives you inner cleansing warmth. Yoga that makes you sweat.

Ball Training
The training is fun, challenging and effective. The focus is on balance, strength, coordination and endurance from top to toe. With core training as the central focus, ball training improves body awareness and especially strengthens the abdominal and back. You'll get better posture and a stronger back
Basic Hatha Yoga
If yoga is new to you this class is a good place to begin. In this class the fundamental classic yoga positions (asanas) will be taught.
Body SDS
Body SDS (Body Self Development’s System) is a unique Danish treatment and training form which has its roots in the middle of the last century. We work out in bare feeds with your own body as tool, and the aim is to release tension in the body by moving and stretching the ligaments and muscles.
BOSU
BOSU is short for ”both sides up”. The BOSU equipment can therefore be used both as a form of balance board and as a soft dome for dynamic and static training. BOSU is a unique all-round piece of training equipment that challenges all areas of your body. This class cannot be described; you really should try it for yourself!
Cardio Intro
At this class you get measured your body fat percentage, fitness rate and you are introduced to the cardio machines. With these tools you can follow you progress in Charlottehaven Health Club and keep an eye on your self. This class is meant for new members in Health Club and for those who want to keep an eye on their fitness level.
Chi Flow
Chi Flow is a great class with a mix of Tai Chi, stretch and relaxation. A great class for you who wants to make your body relax and enhance your well being. Use this class as a closure to Exercise Mix or a warm up to EFFEKT. Everyone can attend.
Dance with Frida
If you want to burn of some energy by dancing this is a class for you. A simple dance class with choreography.
D'stress Yoga
D’stress Yoga is a relaxing type of yoga with different kinds of exercises. We work with breath and awareness of the entire body in order to let go of stress. This d’stressing form of yoga is for you with a stressful working day.
Dynamic Yoga
Dynamic Yoga the asana positions are linked together in a flowing continuity which increases your flexibility and creates inner peace and wellness. The positions are very similar to the asanas from Hatha Yoga, but in this class we workout in a higher pace. All levels are welcome
EFFEKT
Effekt is functional and postural training, that is performed slowly, controlled and without extra resistance. Resistance comes from your own body weight. Effekt creates huge body awareness, gives better posture, improves body strength and endurance. As a result the body is well trained and healthier, both inside and out.
Functional Circular Training
Functional Circular Training is high speed and intensive training. The class is build upon circular training where you change in-between different excise stations. In-between each session there will be an element of endurance training, for example skipping. All exercises are based on the 7 human body fundamental patterns of movement: bend, walk, push, leg curl, straights, rotation and asymmetric leg curl.
Groove It
This class is taught in an easy and fun choreographic funky dance style. The class is based on short choreographies, swinging hips, great spirit, lots of energy, sweat, laughter and happiness… A class for all levels!

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the term for all physical yoga. Ha means sun and Tha means moon which symbolizes the diversity such as right/left, male/female or the uniting of body, mind and spirit. The focus at this class is on flexibility, stretch and balance.

Machines Intro
This class gives you a introduction to the weight training machines. This class is for the newcomers or those in doubt how to get the settings right. You can also use this class to ask questions on technique etc.

Meditative Yoga
Meditative Yoga is the closest you get to meditation. In meditative yoga we learn to turn thoughts inward and feel ourselves through the body. The program is designed as a combination of deep asanas with focus on relaxation, breathing and meditation.

Morning Training
Start your day the right way! Morning Training contains a mixture of both cardiovascular and weight training for the whole body. Activities differ from session to session, ranging from aerobics and step to ball training and circuit training. Everyone can participate.
Movement & Strenght
This class gives you more energy to handle the day to day challenges like walking on stairs, push, pull, bend and lifting heavy things. It is classical functional strength training with your own bodyweight.

Movement & Stretch
Everybody can attend and not one class is the same. We stretch, strength and loosen tension in the body in a relaxing atmosphere. We finish off with deep relaxation.

Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking is a super effective and fun method of training. This class is held outdoors and Charlottehaven has sticks to all participants.

Pilates
Pilates is a system consisting of sitting or lying stretches and strength exercises that tone your muscle. Pilates improves posture, flexibility and balance and brings together body and awareness. Pilates improves physical and mental wellness. Pilates can be performed at many different levels while remaining accessible to all.

Relaxation
Through guidance your whole body and mind will feel relaxed. Give yourself a wellness gift!

Shape it up!
This class is for you who increase your motivation by working out with others. Everyone can attend regardless of level. The class contains cardio, strength, balance and uses all equipment types as balls, BOSU, weights, elastics etc. The training form varies from time to time.

Spinning
Spinning is an effective cardiovascular training. The instructor guides, motivates and inspires using different styles of music for you to get the maximum from your training. All classes start with a warm-up and finish with stretching.

Squash Training
Do you wish to be a better squash player? If so, then we recommend trying one of our two classes: beginners or advanced. You are taught techniques, basic tactics together with safety rules. This class is also an excellent opportunity to meet a future playing partner.
Swim with Mette Jacobsen

The 5 Tibetans
The 5 Tibetans is 5 easy dynamic yoga exercises which have impact on the endocrine gleans of the Body. The exercises will give you more drive and bring your body back in balance. All ages can participate without any prerequisites.

Tone/Strenght/Pump
A combination of step and workout with focus on intensity and basic steps.

Workout Mix
This class works you through strength and pulse exercises in a fun way. The equipment used will vary from ball, BOSU and elastics or maybe all thee of them in one go.
