Meeting Concept with focus on details

We came up with our quality and nutrition concept to guarantee our guests the optimum benefits.
The concept comprises seven Rules of Conduct that tackle everything from the layout of the conference room to breaks and food.

The 7 Rules of Conduct

# 1 A GOOD START
A good start is half the work. That is why it is absolutely essential to focus fully on creating an optimal energy level and concentration right from the very beginning of the day. Get help from our Mind Optimiser at the filling station.

# 2 A BESPOKE SET-UP

No two conferences are the same. So we also lay out the room according to the content of the day, the nature of the conference and the number of participants. That means we can create the best conditions and everyone will get the very best out of the conference.

# 3 INVOLVEMENT IS INSTRUCTIVE

Most people learn less and have difficulty remembering, when they are seated and listening passively. So it can be a great idea to create a varied learning environment that gets people involved.

# 4 BREAKS WITH MEANING
Breaks are important for stretching our legs and clearing our heads. Enjoy a breath of fresh air in our garden, visit the gym or chat with your neighbour.

# 5 WITHOUT FOOD AND DRINK…

Food is an important item on the agenda: it stimulates the senses and provides renewed energy for the brain and muscles. We will recharge your batteries with Focus Food for greater concentration and increased productivity.

# 6 LIGHT IS LIFE
The light streaming through the windows has a positive impact on us. It generates a good mood and positive energy. Absorb the light and start your day with an open mind.

# 7 42 MINUTES OF FULL ATTENTION
On average, when listening passively to others, people can keep their concentration for 42 minutes. That is why, if people are to concentrate fully, it is crucial to think about the length and the number of presentations. And do not forget breaks.

It Isn’t All About Food

Exercise body and brain
The concept also features brain training in the shape of a small booklet, which is available to all participants. Read more about our Mind Optimiser training

We also encourage people to exercise either before or after the meeting and give all participants access to our great fitness facilities and swimming pool. Read more about our fitness facilities

Recharge phone and brain
Our filling stations are there to recharge mobile phones and help participants to concentrate on the meeting. At the filling station you will also find other features to help participants concentrate: for example, fidget spinners, optimiser booklet and reading glasses.

Focus Food

We came up with our food concept in order to guarantee the right fuel for a long and informative day.

The dietary principles are based on the vision of keeping your blood sugar stable, filling you with lots of vegetables and providing you with good fats, dietary fibre and proteins. Read more about Focus Food

You need a high level of energy and a sharp, focused brain throughout the day – even when it is time to go home.

10 Superfoods

The day’s menu always contains at least 5 of our selected superfoods, which have a particularly high concentration of good nutrients.

We regard superfoods as nature’s own multivitamin pill. This season’s superfoods are:

Kefir | Spinach | Bee Pollen | Wheat Grass | Baobab |
Spirulina | Goji Berries | Chia Seed | Flaxseed | Matcha
