These classes strengthen and balance both body and mind and also focus on coordination and body awareness.
There are many good reasons for exercising in water. You can swim on your own or sign up for one of our classes with an instructor.
The action is really fast-paced in our cycling hall, when the instructors turn up the music and things hot up.
We offer class instruction on the class schedule as part of the membership.
